Welcome! I’m Briana, a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience in clinical assessment, counseling, and crisis intervention. My approach is rooted in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where we can work together to navigate life’s challenges. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, stress, marital or premarital concerns, workplace challenges, or relationship issues, I draw from Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT, DBT, and Narrative Therapy to tailor our sessions to your needs. My own journey—growing up as an immigrant child, enduring personal losses, and overcoming adversity—has shaped my passion for helping others discover their strength and resilience.
