Welcome! My name is Cristal, and I understand that life is full of seasons—some uplifting, some challenging—that shape our relationships, identity, and mental health. I take a trauma-informed, client-centered approach, creating a safe and empowering space to explore your experiences, unpack complexities, and rebuild a life that is not defined by trauma but free from it. With over 7 years of experience supporting marginalized communities, including Black youth, women, and families, I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, anti-Black racism, and relationship breakdowns. My practice integrates strengths-based approaches, Narrative Therapy, and an anti-oppressive, intersectional lens to address systemic barriers while fostering growth and healing. Together, we will develop tools to help you embrace your unique story and confidently move toward self-awareness, healing, and transformation.
