I’m Denise Johnson, a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s stressors, including anxiety, depression, domestic violence, grief, and caregiver burnout. My practice integrates Trauma-Informed Care, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, delivered through a culturally sensitive and compassionate lens. My personal journey—overcoming grief, immigration challenges, and low self-esteem—has shaped my belief that every individual possesses the resilience to address life’s challenges.
