Welcome! My name is Malika, and I’m a Registered Social Worker with over a decade of experience supporting children, youth, and families. I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, school challenges, and family stressors by addressing emotional, psychological, and behavioral concerns. My client-centered and strengths-based approach focuses on recognizing and amplifying the unique strengths and experiences you bring to therapy. As a Black Canadian woman of Jamaican and Moroccan descent, I prioritize creating a safe, inclusive, and culturally sensitive space where you can feel seen, heard, and empowered.
