Welcome! My name is Philip, and I’m a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist with over ten years of experience supporting children, youth, and families from all cultural backgrounds. My practice is grounded in culturally sensitive, anti-oppressive approaches and specializes in helping clients navigate challenges such as relationship struggles, behavioral challenges, stress, trauma, and anxiety. My personal journey—navigating immigration, bullying, and societal pressures—shaped my passion for helping others find strength and hope during difficult times. Using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Narrative Therapy, I create a safe, compassionate space where we can work together to restore confidence and move forward.
